Taishawn Mitchell, CEO is a transportation operations leader responsible for turning strategy into movement.
As Director of Operations, he oversees the day-to-day performance of trucking operations, including fleet coordination, driver accountability, dispatch execution, load movement, customer communication, and service reliability.
His role is centered on making sure the work gets done safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Taishawn brings a grounded, execution-focused leadership style to the business.
